Steve Negotiated with the insurance Co. to get the most for the roof replacement and extra money for gutter guard replacement, bathroom ceiling work to fix leak damage and chimney box repair. Very satisfied with work done and professionalism with getting the job done. Highly recommend Agape Construction and would use them again if needed.
