Contacted Bowers online after our water softener filled up with water. They got back with me to schedule service quickly. Joshua determined the softener was faulty and given its age got to work quickly on a new unit installed same day. I'm really pleased with the timeliness of Bowers and the professionalism of their plumbers.

Bowers plumbing were very fast in getting me an appointment. They sent Jameson and he was very friendly and professional. He explained every detail of what needed to be done before he did it. Overall, I felt Caleb and his associate were kind, considerate for my time and my home. They arrived a few minutes early (after confirming it was okay with me) and promptly got to work replacing 3 outdoor spigots, the valve behind a toilet and a trip lever inside a toilet. The quality of work on the outdoor spigots is top notch!! I am, however, dissatisfied with the knob replacement on the toilet. The knob is not the same the same quality as the one replaced and is not secured as well. In fact, I was not even aware they swapped out the knob until the work was complete. The knob is loose and hardly moves to produce a flush. I wish they would have let me know in advance of the change. I have since gone online to order the correct part and intend to try and replace it myself. I think this could have all been avoided with a little communication. Services: Toilet repair, Faucet repair
