Logan did an outstanding job of rerouting the plumbing for my dishwasher that was done incorrectly by the builder and previous installer, He was unable to complete the job because the required parts and equipment were unavailable. However, he went the extra mile to help me set up completion of the job with the dishwasher repair company and advised of needed parts. He worked very efficiently and ran into many problems that were not of his own making. Logan is conscientious and has a great work ethic. He cares about getting the job done right. I highly recommend Logan.

My hot water heater went out and I called Bowers. They were able to send someone out the next day. Gave me a 9am-noon window. They showed up at 9 (texted and emailed first to let me know they were on their way). Joshua was knowledgeable and talked over my replacement options to get the best fit for me. They had the old heater out, new one hooked up, and were gone by 11:30. They haul the old one off and let me know that the city would be calling in a week to verify their work on the permit. Overall very quick, professional, and courteous. Will use them again in the future! Service: Water heater installation
