Was happy with price and word on Radon Mitigation. Called for some handyman repair, and they made me feel bad about where I bought the replacement doors at for which we were needing them to install. Families do what they can to make repairs, and contractors shouldn't make us feel bad if we did not buy the most expensive, best built doors for an outdoor shed. I was really disappointed in their response.

Taylor deserves more than 5 stars! I have never felt as comfortable working with someone as I did with him. He is honest, doesn't try to oversell, and like me, is a perfectionist. My husband and I remodeled our entire main level and with his work and recommendations, we took a home from the 70's to a beautiful modern home. We already have him booked for another job and will use him again anytime we need anything done. If you are going to do any work on your house, please call Pure State, you won't go wrong! Pure State was nothing short of excellent and professional through and through. Kept apprised of the situation. Showed up when they said they would and always called ahead which was extremely nice. Did excellent work and cleaned up. Advised what they were going to do. Did it. Explained to me how it worked. Tested afterwards, picked up equipment when they said they would and called first. Pleasant all the way around. I would not hesitate to utilize their services at all. Way to go Pure State!
