Did a terrible and incomplete job! Would never hire again or recommend to anyone!
I hired them to put in a privacy fence for me in November 2017. They put in the fence and dug a post hole through my sewer line. I had plumber dig up the line when I started having problems and they found the post hole had collapsed my sewer line. I had already paid for my fence the day it was finished and they are taking no responsibility for the damage. My plumbing bill was $690 and they will not pay it. They will not answer my texts, calls, or letters. They have also ignored a complaint I filed with the Better Business Bureau on February 1. They do not stand behind their work or correct their mistakes.
Not reliable. Made the mistake to pay service and materials in advance to install a stair handrail and it's been almost one year and Gary never came back to finish the work. I have called multiple time and not even able to get back the money. Zero star if it was possible. Service: General construction
