This company ghosted me. At first they were very responsive and came out and gave me a written estimate for work. Pricing seemed high but I needed the work done. I scheduled the work for a few weeks later, and bought the materials that the technician listed out for me on the quote. On the day of the appointment, I got an automated e-mail confirmation, but no one showed up. I called about 20 minutes after the appointment time, and the staff said they would call me back. No one ever called me or followed up after that. I get that technicians may have things happen and need to reschedule appointments, but communication is absolutely key. You can't just not show up and not call. The staff at the office should have at least called me back to let me know what was going on and whether we could reschedule, but I got absolutely nothing. The company showed no respect for my time at all, and I'm pretty sure if I did this to someone they would charge me. Service: Remodeling

My husband and I were needing to make repairs to the soffits and ended up needing a new roof on the back part of our home before it sold. We contacted Handyman Connection after hearing great reviews and we were not let down. The owner, Jeremiah, was extremely professional, answered all our questions, helped us figure out what we needed and he had a gentleman out to do the estimate within a day or so. The repairs were within a week and it was finished before we knew it. The work was complete and seamless from the existing roof to the addition. The paint was straight and matched. It was a quick job and the craftsman did amazing! I will definitely be using them for our new home and the many projects we need done and want done right, the first time. Great home-town company!
