Kelley & Dawson have always been so reliable and trust worthy. They are prompt when given an arrival time and their response time to access the issue has been less than 6 hours each service and repaired/replaced within 24 hours. Their office staff to techs, Zach, John and Caleb are courteous, always willing to explain what they’re doing & serviced area is very clean when job is complete. I’m impressed with their install that our systems run most efficiently, and are aesthetically conducive to our area. We highly recommended Kelley & Dawson Service! We went with Kelley and Dawson for our new heating/air system a few years ago and decided to have the maintenance agreement too. They are great about setting up appointments and the check ups are thorough. Caleb was our most recent service person and he didn’t just hose off the ac units, but took them apart and cleaned them well. Highly recommend! This is our second experience with this company. The first time was a second opinion. We were told by another company that we needed a whole new A/C unit. Kelley and Dawson came out and it only cost us about $200. It was a small, easy fix. A new unit was not needed. Today I called in the morning. They came out this afternoon. I had a clogged drain line. It was fixed in about half an hour. I will definitely be using them for all my heating and cooling issues going forward. Great company! Service: A/C system repair
