Might be a great HVAC service, but their technicians need to have their driving licenses renewed. It is bad enough with every other jerk disobey the rules of the road, but when it is a company branded vehicle speeding through a yield sign into heavy traffic, it becomes VERY easy to call out that bad driver, License plate 252 MSL

Zach Perrault was dispatched as soon as I called KellyDawson...My air had stopped during the night and the temp indoors was ** degrees...He got me up and running in only 30 minutes. I found him very nice and very professional Thanks so much .

Kelley & Dawson have always been so reliable and trust worthy. They are prompt when given an arrival time and their response time to access the issue has been less than 6 hours each service and repaired/replaced within 24 hours. Their office staff to techs, Zach, John and Caleb are courteous, always willing to explain what they’re doing & serviced area is very clean when job is complete.
