I called for an appointment for after work, and Bob had already checked my outdoor unit out when I arrived. It was 104 outside! After explaining the problem, he cleaned up four filthy, clogged vents indoors and out, and changed the air filter. He explained everything! He was prompt, kind, honest, and the cost was so reasonable. What a huge relief! I highly, highly recommend Mike and Sappio's, and ask for Bob! Service: Cleaning
