We were just in the process of purchasing a new home here in Wichita. Throughout the inspection process, we thought it would be beneficial to have a professional look at the roof and assess for damage/any repairs needed. Miguel with Quality Roofing Installation was very quick to help us out and give us his thoughts on the roof. After discussing with us that a new roof would be necessary to insure the new home, he was very quick to meet with the seller’s insurance company to explain damages, and very soon thereafter had his team out installing the new roof covered by insurance. Through discussions with the seller’s insurance, they also determined a new chimney needed to be built, and Miguel additionally added support into the crawl space of our older home.
