At first you might think Eldon wasn't the sharpest tool in the shed, but this true genius took 2 minutes to troubleshoot the system, replaced a capacitor which he had with him on the truck, and quickly serviced the ac unit. The technician was extremely competent, plus endured me watching and asking questions the whole time, which he answered with great knowledge without missing a beat on his task at hand. Simply gold. This company I chose for their honesty, they don't say, "it can't be fixed", then try immediately to sell you a whole new unit on commission.
