Mr. Rooter quickly helped us out of a bind: our tank water heater sprung a rusted out leak in the bottom, AND the shut off valve wasn’t working. Water kept pouring onto the concrete floor in the basement. 15 minutes after our call to Mr. Rooter, Brent and Dallas were at our house working on the problem. Within an hour and half to two-hours, they were done and I had a new water heater that I likely won’t have to worry about again anytime soon. Really appreciated the quick action, and Brent and Dallas going the extra mile by providing advice on best care and accident prevention—thank you!
