New Image Roofing & Construction

I have seen the good and the bad sides of New Image roofing. Overall, the reality is this. The owner, Michael, is a phenomenal guy with a personality that will win anyone over. However, some of the local staff don't exemplify his "stand-up guy" nature. Since the owner juggles ownership of multiple companies, it is hard to blame him for his employees misconduct. The work I have seen the company do has always been great, but I have also seen how the company operates and saying that some of the staff is slightly unprofessional would definitely be an accurate statement. Personally, if I needed a new roof I would be fine having New Image do the job. However, I am not super picky about who works on my issues, as long as the job is finished correctly in the end. Feel free to drink beer on my roof, but you may want to ask before doing so.

I am writing as an extremely frustrated consumer. My husband and I paid several thousands of dollars for roofing repairs in 2019 and continue to have a leak issue. We have tried contacting the company several times with no response. For the price we paid, this is unacceptable customer service. I would appreciate a response from New Image Roofing and your company to stand behind their work and repair the issue we paid for repairing in the first place. I look forward to a response.
