We had an electrician come out to give a bid on replacing the electrical panels in our home. He said it would be the following week before he could get the quote to us. We told him we were working on an insurance claim and would need it as soon as possible. Called to follow up 2 weeks later and were told they were working on a quote and would get it to us by the end of that week - no apology for the delay or "rush" to get back with us. It has been over 3 weeks and we still haven't received any quote or call from Ray's. We waited 3 weeks to settle our claim and had to call another company out to give a quote. Very dissapointing.

I would not use them again. This company wired up my new house. It was the builder's choice, I did not pick them. If I had seen these reviews ahead of time, I would of told the builder to find somebody else. For the most part, I think they did a good job on the wiring of the house, but their JIT parts ordering practices caused big delays on getting my house done. They don't seem well organized to me. The issue that caused me to write this review is after we moved in. I needed them to finish up a few custom things they stubbed out. The day somebody was to come out, nobody showed. I am waiting around...I did not receive a call or anything, I had to call them. They said their employee was sick. Okay, I understand. Let's re-schedule, right? They promised to call me back to reschedule. I ended up calling them 3 more times to get it re-scheduled, each time it was "I will have so and so call you"...crickets...finally I decided to hire somebody else to take care of it. I don't ha

Extremely poor quality when wiring the brand new house. Breakers keep tripping. Horrible.
