100 degree weather, my AC quit, called and they came out the same day. Unfortunately had to order a part but they got it the next day and got it installed. My A/C went out on a Saturday and of the 7 companies that I called, this was the 1st and only one that had a real person who answered my call. They diagnosed the problem a few hours later, at the time I was told, and Brandon installed a new unit on Monday after getting all of the parts and pieces. Brandon showed up within the window of time that I was provided and since I had to take the day off work, having no delays was imperative. He did a great job and we now have a cooled home again.
