UPDATE: While Shane explained to me that the clog was deep in the pipe, was not food, and not due to my negligence, the property manager produced a bill on which Roto Rooter stated the problem was a food clog. I was charged for the bill and Roto Rooter would not discuss it with me (as I am only a renter) or have Shane review the stated cause. Either this was an inadvertent mistake or a way to keep the property managers business. Next time I would video the fix to have some proof of the actual problem. Once Shane left I had no recourse. Original review: Shane, the plumber, was fast, professional and very courteous. He explained everything and I was very comfortable having him in the house. Very very impressed with this company!

I had a clogged drain, and called one of the competitors to come out and try to clear it. 3 plumbers and a water mess later, they couldn't get it unclogged and quoted me a repair in thousands of dollars to break the floor and replace the pipe. I'm so glad I gave Roto Rooter a call instead! Tom came out much more prepared - using a shop vacuum and towels to keep the mess to a minimum. He got the drain unclogged in under an hour. He ran the camera through to show me the pipes and explained how it got clogged and how to prevent it from happening again. Roto Rooter saved me thousands of dollars, I couldn't be happier!

Very friendly service. They had to come back to fix an issue that we had after they left. They came out right away, fiixed the issue for free. We felt comfortable with the workers. They are polite, honest, and dependable.
