Service was fast && most importantly same day. Called up with issue & the guy I spoke with Jake was so down to earth empathetic. He listened to me and actually cared about my situation and the fact I couldn’t use any water. The overall experience was quick. Tech came out & was able to handle issue effortlessly. Called them out on an emergency the service was great - they did amazing! Highly recommend!
Highly recommend! Knight and Day plumbing came out when my pipes froze. All the other plumbers (3 different ones) I contacted said they didn’t do frozen pipes or couldn’t make it out for until a few days later. Knight and Day made time for me at the end of their day when it was dark and below freezing. They were extremely communicative, friendly, and knowledgeable. I will definitely reach out again if I have any other plumbing issues.
