I have been extremely pleased withe the remodel of the bathtub area of one of my bathrooms. Zach did an EXCELLENT job. He was/is very professional, efficient in his use of time, knowledgeable, polite & friendly. I felt very comfortable having him working in my home. We had a bit of a snag with the bathtub that was first delivered - it did not meet my expectations. Zach contacted the project supervisor, Bernard, and the Tailored Remodeling team got right on the problem. Long story short within a few hours an acceptable tub was delivered & the whole project was completed perfectly in the exact timeframe allotted. They removed the existing shower and replaced it with a custom shower base and surround. The installer was exceptional, he arrived promptly when he said he would, worked almost non stop for up to 14 hrs each day. He was courteous and respectful of each member of the family. I truly cannot express how amazed I was at his dedication to his job and how professional he was in how he performed the job. He did the job with the least amount of noise while working, the sound of the tools he used in preforming the job was the only thing we heard.
