Front office is great. Called in the AM and they were able to get a tech to me by the afternoon. Bob is fantastic. Took the time to listen to my problem and concerns and then proceeded to go through and explain the answer(s) to my question(s). Additionally, he showed me what to look for on my furnace (in the event of a malfunction) and how to handle it. I will be using Kiefer for the rest of the time I live in NKY.
I had our air conditioning go out on a Sunday. I received a call about 30 minutes after leaving a message and Bob was at my place within 20 minutes. He diagnosed the problem quickly and gave a fair price. He fixed it within the hour. Another company I got a quote from told me I needed to replace the whole unit. BS! I will definitely be calling them the next time we need anything!
