I had a great experience with Greater Comfort from start to finish. They replaced two old gas furnaces with all electric heat pump systems. My install was rather complicated and the end result is even better than expected. The sales representative was knowledgeable and willing to delve into the details to deliver exactly the system that I wanted. The install crew was knowledgable, professional, accommodating, and their workmanship is excellent. I am very happy with my new heat pump system and highly recommend Greater Comfort. My AC went out. I spoke with Angel for scheduling a service call. She was pleasant, provided clear communication, and answered all my preliminary questions. The technician who arrived (on time), was Zack. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and fixed the necessary issues. I appreciated his patience with all my questions - just seemed like a genuine guy with honest recommendations. It's a small sample size/representation of this company's work, but they'll be who I call moving forward.
