Called this company as a first time customer as soon as they opened on a Monday morning to unclog our kitchen sink line. Immediately was scheduled for an arrival window of 1:00pm - 3:00pm. Heard from the office around 2:00, saying their technician was going to be closer to 4:00 because of the current job he was on. At 5:00 I reached back out to get an ETA update and they were shocked to hear their technician wasn’t already at my house. After a few minutes received a call back saying Don - the Owner - would come out as soon as he was able to and wouldn’t charge me for the service call. He was here later than he thought and worked until my drain line was working again. Really tried to not charge me anything, and wouldn’t even tell me what this charge would have normally have been. I gave him the cash I had on me which wasn’t enough (I expected to pay via credit card or a check) for what it would have been. Although there was some delays and issues they weren’t aware of with their employ
Just a wonderful contractor experience! Professional, courteous and willing to help in any way. Got the plumbing up and running in a dated 100 year old house after successfully overcoming quite a few obstacles. Could not be happier with their service! Highly recommend this organization. Kyle from DBS Plumbing did a great job replacing the very old hot and cold handles in my bathtub/shower. He arrived and left exactly when he estimated he would and the new water handle looks great, with no additional wall tile repairs needed after he completed his work. Would definitely use DBS again. At the beginning of the process they also provided me with multiple quotes based on different ways in which they could repair the existing fixture or replace it with a brand new fixture. This was great because it gave me multiple options to look at so that I could decide which solution would be best for me. Service: Shower repair
