Heat went out on Sunday evening. Called large firm who never returned with a time. Friend recommend Guthier Heating and they called me at 7 am, was here by 8 am, and had our heat working and he was finished by 9 am. They had the part needed on his truck. Owner was professional, respectful and pleasant. They will be my first call if I ever have another problem. They do business the way it’s supposed to be done. Highly recommend! Great experience from initial phone call to completed service! Glad we went with Guthier! Very reasonable, knowledgeable, and honest. Quickly identified the issue, showed us the problem, and talked us through what he was doing to fix it. Informed us of our options with no pressure. He gave us some easy maintenance tips that we could do to help with efficiency in the future, and answered our questions about future replacement since we do have an older unit. We did not have to replace at this time but after my experience I would trust them if they did recommend replacement. Guthier came personally recommended to us by others who also had a great experience as well. Another highly recommend from us!
