Bryant Electric-NKY

We installed a new water tank for our house and didn't have hot water, we thought it was the breaker so we call Bryant Electric and Ken Rettinger arrived on time and looked at the breaker, and informed us the breaker was fine and he then proceeded to check the connection to the water tank and found the wires not connected correctly, so he fixed it for us and said there was no charge. We appreciate the fact that he was on time, and honest and fixed the problem very quick, we would definitely recommend this company, and definitely use them again in the future. Tyler did excellent work repairing the old wiring outside our home as well as installing a new panel. He took the time throughout the day to show me his progress and we are very pleased with the completed work! We will absolutely continue to use Bryant for all of our electric needs.

Tyler was extremely professional and did an amazing job with our service today. We called for a bad breaker in the box and we could not have been further away from what the actual problem was. After a quick work through Tyler found and eliminated the issue. Also, the communication top down was very transparent, from calling to book the appointment to when Tyler called me to say he was running ahead of schedule and could help EARLY!
