Cannot thank Troy Harris at Bryant Heating and Cooling enough for all of his help and expertise! Our AC unit went out and the company that had been servicing the system were guessing on the repair. Thankfully we got a second opinion with Bryant Heating and Cooling and didn’t shell out the $2k repair estimate Miami Heating and Cooling were suggesting. Turns out whatever they were suggesting wasn’t even the issue when the AC unit was taken out and replaced. Troy expertly explained our systems and gave excellent recommendations for replacing them. We replaced both AC and furnace systems. He was so patient and even took the time for calls and texts over the weekend to help answer all of our questions. It was his knowledge and customer care that gave us the assurance we were making the best decision!
