HIGHLY recommend! This company was recommended to me by a contractor I work with. The office was very proactive and kept me informed the entire time on dates, procedures, etc. Started a day ahead of schedule. The technicians were very professional and knowledgeable. It unfortunately started raining during the installation but they were still able to complete the install as scheduled. Once finished, the process to pay the invoice over the phone was simple and hassle free. Would highly recommend to anyone needing heating and air services!
We recently had Air Control install a new heat pump. Chuck Cowing was very helpful in providing options and recommendations and overseeing the installation to a successful completion. The installation team did a great job. They were knowledgeable and efficient; and they were very patient when answering all my questions or concerns.The system is working well to date.
