BACK Construction

Hired BACK Construction to install four Velux Skylights in our Family Room. Brian Beihn provided us the estimate and scope of work. His estimate was very thorough and detailed. We got several other estimates from various other contractors. Some higher and some lower in price. Brian's attention to detail and professionalism on the estimate alone made us feel confident that BACK Construction was the contractor to go with. Schon Holman was assigned as our Project Manager. At our pre-construction meeting Schon and Brian informed us of the process and how things would progress with our project. Much to our surprise, the project went exactly as they said it would and with out any issue. Schon, along with Zach Winnbrenner and Jon Hodnett, provided the absolute best service we could have asked for. I would highly recommend BACK Construction and will be using them again in the future. I'm no general contractor, but as a big fan of This Old House and Hometime on PBS, I had a pretty good idea of what I expected for my home's exterior renovation. I knew siding, windows and doors would be a big investment regardless of who did the work, so of top importance for me was that it was all done right. Time was also of the essence with winter approaching and a newborn on the way. Back quickly quoted the job, demonstrated a complete understanding of the task and requirements, and executed quickly and professionally. No shortcuts were taken, their quote proved to be accurate, and the time & material costs were very reasonable considering the fixes that were being made. Confidence in a job done well and on time is why I would recommend Back without hesitation.
