We hired DBE to do the electric for our renovation project in Paris. I don’t believe they understood how their scheduling would be affected by their drive time to Paris and in the end, they told me to find someone else because they didn’t have time for us. That actually turned out to be a blessing because we had two more outstanding electricians who completed the work and both found quality and compliance issues listed below with the work DBE had done. 1. Exterior in-ground wire run from house to garage was not damp rated 2. Two exterior outlets for hot tub and mini split unit were not damp rated 3. The wiring for a new garbage disposal sparked after a couple of times using it and DBE would not repair it. 4. We had several places where wires were sticking out of ceiling/wall and because a new electrician was dealing with it, they had to spend time figuring out what it was for. Highly recommend. Detric came to our house to fix two things listed on our home inspection. One didn’t require a repair, and the second he showed me how to fix on my own. He was kind and professional and didn’t charge for his time/expertise. He’ll be my first call for any electrician needs in the future!
