Lies about there employees, and will fire you for no reason. They let my husband go because they said he was trying to be more of a Project Manager instead of a Superintendent which he was hired for. He did everything they asked of him and all they could say when they let him go was he didn't click with there group. It shouldn't matter if you click as long as you are doing your job. A lot of people dont click but they still do there jobs. My husband has never been with a company less than 5 years at a time and has only worked in 26 years for 4 different Electrical companies. He must have been doing something right. No, its just the people that are there running things now. They need to be replaced. They are losing all of there employees to a much better company called Ace Electric. So, if you want a good company, apply to Ace Electric or where my husband now works. Try Tarpon Energy out of Colorado.

In my dealings with Amteck I have always found their work to be of the highest quality and they are particularly concerned about safety, quality and customer satisfaction. I am certain that if any substandard conditions did exist that they would appreciate a phone call to rectify the matter. They truly are a fantastic company with the highest standards!
