Spoke to Lori (Representative) and I explained our concerns and our previous experience (different company) from several days before. Lori was very kind and professional. She was able to set up an appointment the very next day. So nice to speak with someone polite and understanding. Matt B was our HVAC technician that diagnosed our issue. He was very thorough and explained all of the problems and solutions. He checked EVERYTHING that had to do with our system to make sure that each component is working properly. I was very impressed and appreciative of our tech who came yesterday. Answered all my questions and even told me how to maintain and save money by doing certain maintenance myself. We are gone often though and I’m not a fan of small, tight spaces (main unit is located under crawl space). Dawson, Nathaniel and Jordan were timely, extremely polite and neat. They kept me informed with what they were doing. They cleaned up after themselves.
