Called for appointment this morning to check AC unit. Matt Barbour was here at 12:15 PM Matt throughly checked AC unit to avoid replacement. End result is replacing 25+ year old unit which was time. Matt was very professional and courteous. We will continue to use them in the future. Highly recommend!!
I was very impressed and appreciative of our tech who came yesterday. Answered all my questions and even told me how to maintain and save money by doing certain maintenance myself. We are gone often though and I’m not a fan of small, tight spaces (main unit is located under crawl space). We had water dripping through the ceiling from our A/C. The technician, Braden, did an in-depth and very thorough analysis of the system and soon found that a defective valve at the evaporator coil was the problem. Plus he found that the parts that need replacement are still covered by warranty. We are very happy with the service we received from GreenBox, we got competent support the same day we called!
