Derek, the manager of the shop called me back before they opened. He got me scheduled right away. The technician showed up on time, two hours after I made my initial call. Ethan was finished in a timely manner getting our water heater replaced. He cleaned his work, went over the scope of what he did, and thoroughly checked to make sure work was done correctly. This was my first experience with PSI and will continue to use them for all of my plumbing needs. Service: Water heater repair

PSI was terrific! I had a difficult sewer replacement job. PSI was determined to do the job correctly and they did. We ran into a couple of surprises along the way. Plumbing Systems got sent to us through our home warranty company for a claim. I have dealt with SO MANY BAD companies that my home warranty company referred to us. Plumbing Systems was AWESOME....they contacted me within two hours of placing the claim, were out the same day, worked with the insurance company, came back the next day to fix the problem, and then came back first thing the next day to correct a small issue that remained. By far the best experience from a contractor at all, not even just in plumbing. My wife immediately said "we have to use these guys for all of our plumbing going forward" - I could not agree more. I wish all service providers were like them - my life would be a whole lot easier.
