I called Synergy Home to schedule a maintenance inspection of our geothermal unit. They sent TJ out the same day to take care of it. He was very personable and was a great resource regarding the upkeep of a geothermal unit. Will definitely continue to use them in the future.

Called for our routine preventative maintenance and Matt Drake came out. Matt was professional, knowledgeable and polite. He showed us the result of each reading and explained everything thoroughly. Chad Lee arrived to check/inform us about the new furnace we had installed two days ago. Chad inspected the HVAC system and confirmed the furnace had been installed and was functioning properly. He explained exactly how the furnace and thermostat work together and how our new furnace operates differently then the old furnace. Chad is exceptionally competent and highly professional. We are completely happy with his service and will definitely ask for him by name for any future needs. Absolutely the best. Clearly five out of five stars! Service: Heating system maintenance
