Absolutely terrible company to deal with. We asked them to come out for a back flow test. After 15 minutes past the time they were scheduled for I called their office. The officer manager said he left the shop a long time ago and should be there in a few minutes. After another 15 minutes I called back to cancel. At this point he is 30 minutes late. She asked me to hold and she would try to contact him. As I was on hold, the plumber pulled up. As he exited the vehicle it appeared that his phone was ringing, but he was not interested in answering it. After I took him to the room where the test was going to be preformed, I asked him how long this would take as he as over 30 minutes late. He said the following " Ah man I have a big job after this one and I had to pack A LOT of stuff for that job". That tells me they were not interested in my job.
