The men were great. They put on booties to keep my floor clean. We talked about the problems and they went right to them and completed them. They were finished in 2 hours. Allen Electrical was recommended by a neighbor. They responded the next morning after I left a message the night before. They reached out one more time on the day of service when there was an opening at an earlier time, which I gladly took. Electrician called to confirm the address before hand and arrived on time. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable, gave us honest opinions and suggestions instead of just pushing expensive service with little practical value. I was even more impressed when I noticed him putting on shoe covers when he had to walk through the living room and hallway. He had to take them off when going outside and put them back on when came inside quite a few times, enough to show the professionalism of the service. Dispatch fee is $49 and the estimate is given upfront. I'd use then again and would recommend them to anyone that needs good, responsive and reliable electrician. These people saved us!! A storm hit Louisville late Friday, we weren't home, our neighbors let us know the giant tree by the street fell onto the house next door, and our power line. LG&E cut off our power and were no help whatsoever. Just told us to hire an electrician at midnight on a Friday. We called every electrician on Google, Allen was the only one who would come out first thing on Saturday!! They were prompt, Clayton explained thoroughly how it all would work, pricing, how to file the claim through insurance, even wrote up the bill specifically for our insurance company. He had us wired within an hour, and put in a ticket with LG&E to get us hooked back up!! I can't thank this company enough for helping a little family during a weekend storm.
