I am very happy with your service. Cody was an absolute doll!! I feel we can face whatever the winter throws at us now. I also joined the maintenance club. I had found Element Air from a recommendation on Facebook. I called on Monday and they schedule a visit on Tuesday. Within minutes of making the appointment, I had a text and an email confirming my appointment. Tyler texted me prior to showing up with a time frame and was prompt. He was very professional and wore booties before entering the house. He intently listened to the issues I was having and immediately began looking for the problem. While my furnace didn't recreate the problem I had over the weekend, he did a complete diagnostic. He made sure the unit was running correctly. Cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend.
