Very prompt. Good prices more fair on prices than the other roofing contractors I contacted. The workers completed my roof in one day and even cleaned up all the garbage. It was amazing!!!
called this company cause of the good reviews. can not get anyone to answer the phone or call back. no response from emails. not impressed at all. Finally received a call back and was told be out Friday. Waited all day and received another call saying be there Saturday morning. Saturday morning called to confirm appointment, they said yes will be out. Around 230pm received a text saying sorry, his son had a soccer game, on their way. 3hrs later still a no show. There are too many roofers in Louisville. Good luck to anyone that trys to use this company.
Richard the owner of the company he never answered the phone and he give me an estimate and he walk away he wasn’t an honest I never recommend him to family and friends
