Dylan and William were excellent!!! Very friendly, explained everything they were doing and ask me several times if I had any questions about anything they were doing. I had several things to be replaced and worked on and I was informed on each thing as they did it!! Wonderful workers, I felt comfortable in my home while they were doing their work.They deserved 5 stars each Services: Toilet repair, Water heater installation, Drain cleaning, Toilet installation, Faucet installation
I have a home warranty but they could not come til after Christmas with only one bathroom and an elderly person with us I had to get the issue fixed quickly.. I called Drexler Plumbing and they understood my dilemma with needing quick service. They dispatch a tech the next day. I received numerous messages and a phone call letting me know they were on top of it and on their way. Ryan came at 11:00am and fixed my issue. He gave me some advice on a few question I had. He was VERY professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend Tom Drexler plumbing to everyone they have a 5 Star rating for a reason and it shows! Our air went out and I was able to schedule a consultation quickly, was presented with several options and was able to make the choice that was best for my budget and family! I highly recommend Tom Drexler heating and air services! We also had 3 full bathroom remodels completed and each took about 3 days each! The team was fast, professional, provided good quality, and left it better than they came! It feels like a new home with new, clean, functional bathrooms! I only had to paint the walls once complete!
