Long time customer. Have always received quality, reasonably priced service by polite techs. My air went out last night. I called at 8 am and by 1130, they had someone here and by 1230 my central air was repaired!
I got an estimate from Bryant heating and air, Prudential heating and air and bakers. Bakers beat the other two hands down. In pricing a humidifier, Baker's price could not be beat. The service manager came by after installation to check and make sure I was happy and that the unit was working properly. I will call Baker's first from now on.
It took them a week and a half to call me to tell me they can't show up wanted to reschedule Bryant heat and air was there the very next morning 10 min fixed and paid for house is cool as it should be will never call or recommend bakers
