A big shoutout to Kim for helping me. The plumbers showed up right on time and removed the old toilet and installed the new one in just about an hour. They even cleaned up the hard-to-reach spots on the floor before installing the new one. They were friendly, efficient and did a really good job. I will certainly use them again.
