They showed up on time and replaced the a/c and furnace in 4-5 hours. The installers were friendly and professional. They also relocated my dryer vent for me because it was blowing directly into the a/c unit. Was quoted $10000-$12000 from another company and the guy they sent out wasn't very friendly. CAIR did it for about half that. It might not be the top of the line brand but will still last you 10 - 12 years. Services: Installation, Install AC, Heating system installation, Install thermostat

The price is the only thing giving Cair 1 stars. This has been a complete disaster. Pushed my install a day later than initially expected. The techs showed up at 8 in the morning and didn't leave until 5pm that night. This would have been somewhat acceptable but the tech installed the unit upside down. So when the air was finally turned on it discharged through my return air vents, blowing dander everywhere. I was told at that point they would return the next morning. I contacted the sales rep Chris Powell, and told him about the situation. I was told at that time he or the general manager would be contacting me and making this right. I don't know what that means but I wasted 2 days of my life and paid them to do it. The techs showed up a little after 7am. Four and a half hours later they had the unit in its proper position and the air running. The tech was in a rental van and didn't have what he needed for the job on the very first day.
