This company is trash. They laid employees off a week before Christmas and many of them never received their Christmas bonus the owner, Kevin told them they would be receiving. He’s very unprofessional and for weeks now has been very hard to get in touch with. In my opinion, he has terrible values and morals.
These guys are amazing!! They deserve 10 stars!! I called and spoke with a couple different companies getting quotes and CAIR was the most reasonable price. I first spoke with Chris who guided me in the right direction and set everything up for me! I’ve been able to get in touch with him anytime I had any questions and he was very nice! We had our system installed the very next day! Austin and William and their manager (whose name I can’t remember) came out to install our unit.. even with a few hiccups they stayed as long as it took to get everything working perfect. We really appreciated them!! I can’t thank you guys enough for all hard work you all did today plus working in this heat! Thank you for helping us finally feel comfortable (not hot) in our new home!
Gary the technician was wonderful. He fixed my unit quickly. The company is shady about its pricing. I was told and I confirmed several times while on the phone that their service charge and first hour of labor is $156 and then the labor is $75 per hour after the first hour. I thought that was very reasonable. After Gary fixed my unit in 32 minutes (according to CAIR'S records) and said the office would contact me tomorrow about payment they asked for $336 for labor only. I have now negotiated the labor to $260 but still can not understand why the charge is not $156. Maureen, the office manager, explained that the person who quoted the rate is brand new and didn't understand how they price. Maureen couldn't explain it either. Her explanation was similar to a Joe Biden press conference where nothing makes sense. I have multiple rentals and properties and my old HVAC company just closed (owners retired).
