Fast Response Heating & Cooling

Called through our home warranty service, Nate was a great technician, very friendly and professional and seemed like he really wanted to help. The people who work at the front desk and the scheduling team are absolutely horrible and do not get back to you when they say they will and they're very rude. My house has been 90 plus degrees for the past 5 days and now I have to wait another week for them to come out because a senior technician needs to install. 10 out of 10 would not recommend going through them again. I wanted to thank Fast Response Heating and Cooling for helping me with my home AC installation. The owner was very professional and personable. I got a great price and the work was completed on time. I would highly recommend them.

My experience with technician was great because Nate came in and went straight to work, found the issue and repaired it. No problem. The only problem I have is with the administration. I was without heat for 4 days, not good. I had to contact them to say hey when is someone coming!!! Then they were very vague with answers.
