Tiffany went above and beyond with her thurough inspection. She saved us from a house fire. Another company installed my unit and she discovered that they did not use a wire nut and had wrapped electrical tape around the wires. She saw and heard the sparks and showed me where the tape was melted. The wires were poking through. It wasn't a matter of if, but when. She immediately fixed this and checked the rest to make sure there were no more exposed wires wrapped in tape. She is 100 percent on top of her game and very knowledgeable about HVAC. I was able to understand everything she explained. I cannot thank her enough for investigating her hunch and saving us from a catastrophic event. I highly recommend Tiffany and this company. Kyle is an excellent technician! He was friendly and he was even able to make it to the house earlier than planned. We requested our dryer vent to be cleaned out and instead, we found major issues. There was a ton of lint blown into our ceiling and Kyle was efficient in cleaning it out and installing a new vent for the dryer. We so appreciate his knowledge and help! This was my 1st time using Dauenhauer Plumbing, and I was definitely surprised and pleased. From calling to schedule an appointment (I didn't have to leave a message and wait for a callback, someone answered the phone) to the surprise that they could come so quickly. I had the option of same day, next day or whatever day service I needed. I didn't have to wait a week. Andrew was the one who came to my home. He called to let me know he was on his way with an estimated time of arrival. He was very professional, nice, friendly and informative. He went over the work order and pricing for my approval and completed the job very efficiently. Pricing for the services was very reasonable and I am very pleased with my experience.
