They were so thorough. I was very impressed. They explained everything to me about what they were doing and why. They were very professional, and cleaned up so well. We've employed Maeser for HVAC replacement and maintenance, duct cleaning, and general plumbing issues. All the technicians are knowledgeable and professional, as well as conscientious and friendly. Maeser may not be the cheapest, if that's your top priority; they do 'get it right the first time' and in 20+ years we've had no callbacks. That's value. Service: HVAC duct & vent cleaning
Jason Smith the technician was super respectful to the house and to my dogs. He did great work and even cleaned up after himself very well. This is the second time Maeser has been used and I am not disappointed. Had 2 faucets replaced and a shower drip fixed by him. Very happy with the results.
