I called Durbin to schedule a hot water heater replacement that went out in my rental property. First, they said right away, let me rearrange the schedule so that we can get this done today. I already had relief that they were willing to do it that day. I had a technician call me and talk me through what was happening. Long story short he told me to check the reset button on the heater and that it just tripped the overload. He asked the right questions and diagnosed it over the phone. As soon as I pushed that button I heard the heater kick back on! I then jumped on the phone to call Durbin and thank them for the help, free of charge I might add. This is what I look for in contracting work. I can tell this company cares and does work just by how they helped me over the phone. I would like to add I called two other (larger) companies for the same work. One said they couldn't make it out until late next week and the other came out, looked at it, and said yeah it's broken then also said t

My normal plumber was unavailable so I took a chance on this plumber. They came the same day I called. However, he charged me 300.00 to replace faucet and install an under the sink filter. Outrageous!! Won't call them anymore.
