Useless, Rude and top of that liars too? Crazy amount of bad reviews here, I'm just doing my duty to inform the public of how bad this company is. Not only did they pushed our work-order for an entire week, they did not even show up, called us or notify us via email. Called their line and the lady blatantly lied to my wife that we were already notified without even knowledge of who we were or which property we were calling about, after we called her lie out she hang up the phone. My home warranty assigned us this contractor and I couldn't be more frustrated with this outcome. STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR OWN GOOD.

Was assigned this contractor by First American Home Warranty. They called and scheduled a 3-6p window to arrive. I left work early and got home at 2:30 to find they had already been by the house. They didn't call when they were on the way (I would have left work earlier and met them here), nor when they got to the house and nobody was home (I could have been here in 7 minutes). I called and got voicemail, and left a message. They didn't return my call, so I tried again the next morning. The person I spoke to said he was the one who had been out, and had it down for 1p on his paper. He spent a couple minutes explaining his process, and I told him I wasn't mad, I just wanted to reschedule. He asked when, and as soon as I asked if they had openings the same week, the call got disconnected (the quality was poor to begin with, and there was a storm, so I think it was an actual disconnect, not a hang up).
