On this very cold day, the furnace was acting up. My brother called and we got service same day. What a relief!!!! It looks like the outside pipe being plugged was the problem, and since we just had a cleaning and check a few months ago, there was no charge. Sterling has been servicing my HVAC units for several years and does and excellent job. I have 2 units and have had to make multiple service calls in the last couple of years, so I purchased an annual membership last year. Sterling contacted me to schedule my free annual service , rather than me having to remember and contact them. The appointment was made for the next day, and when the technician came out he was polite, thorough and informative.
Sterling Heating & Air Conditioning has been a great company to work with. They provided competitive pricing on a new equipment install, did great work, and have been very responsive to any questions I had. If you are thinking about HVAC work, definitely consider them you will not regret!!
