My AC stopped working on a hot, humid day. The AC company that I usually use was booked solid for 6 days. I tried asking for quotes using the Thumbtack app, and Logan called me as soon as I hit send. Take the money and run.. I had Henry's Heating came out to check my A/C which cost me $75. The tech told me what was wrong and they would get back to me with options on my system. That was April 3rd today is May 12th, not 1 call from them. Tried calling back and got someone on the phone that told me they will get back to me never heard back. Logan came to our home and diagnosed our problem. It turned out that a drain was not working properly. As a Marine Mechanic, I understood every thing Logan explained to me and between the equipment I had in my shop and Logan's understanding of the heating system, we were able to clear the drain and get my heat operating normally. I was very pleased with his knowledge of our heating system and the recommendations he made. We have a 21 year old system and we know it was a matter of time before we had to replace it.
