Payne Electric Co

My family and I have used Payne Electric for several years without complaint. However, some changes must have taken place since we last used them. I called to have some electrical work done, and I had to wait 1 1/2 weeks for the technician to come. It was non-emergent so I accepted that (though they have been able to schedule sooner in the past). After waiting 1 1/2 weeks and taking a day off work for the 4 hour window on the day they were supposed to come, no one bothered to show or to call. Unacceptable. I called another company who came out the next day to fix our electrical issue. This was unprofessional and I cannot recommend them. Unless you have time to waste, I would suggest not using this company.

Called Payne on residential work, guys came out on time and wore feet booties for carpet protection on a rainy day, did a outstanding quick job on the electric and the price was very fair and within limits quoted on the phone! I will use them again in the future!

Was also told would get a call 30 mins before they arrived which I didn’t get, so if I had not been here would have missed them. Customer service needs a little work at least on the technicians that visited my home. No hello where with so and so what kinda issue are you having, just in what’s the problem ok, and the other guy said nothing the entire time. After finishing had to ask what caused the issues because wasn’t really getting any details on why it happened only having me sign and taking my payment. After leaving no have a nice day just out the door and gone. I know it’s meaningless stuff but good customer service goes a long way with repeat customers. All in all I would stil
