I originally made contact for someone to inspect the roof that was installed several years ago. I had some concerns about the gutters as well. James Morley, project consultant, arrived at the scheduled time, assessed the problem, and was able to correct it quickly. After talking with him, he gave us an estimate and time line for new gutters. The gutters were installed earlier than the estimated time, and look great! (If you work with Mr. Roof I hope James is your consultant; he's kind, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, honest - just everything I appreciate in a professional.) Service: Gutter installation

Pros: Work seems good and was done quickly. Mr Joey was very amicable and understanding. Cons: Poor communication between both the company and myself and between the roof and gutter teams within the company itself. Mr James Morely, who claimed to be my project manager, did not pick up any of my calls, nor even attempt to call me back once. Lack of respect for personal property. Roofing team destroyed my flowerbed and scraped my driveway. The gutter team subsequently stole a brick from the same flower bed, which I learned later was used as a wheel stopper and then "lost"
