They were very prompt in getting to me when I put out a May Day for AC repair during the heatwave we were experiencing here in Louisville. Johnathon was a courteous and professional young man that was very mature for 19 yrs old. He made two visits and repairs as expected. So far , so good on the repairs since yesterday. With that being said, I paid $700 for the second repair for a new fan motor. About $450 of that was for the one hour or so labor. That is very steep. The unit is a 2006 model and I’ll be needing to replace probably sooner than later but due to that, I won’t be shopping a new unit and installation with this company. If he’d had charged me the same labor as my fan motor cost, I might have different feelings. Service: A/C system repair

Customer Service line was very challenging. It took 4 days of calling in to get a response from the company. Customer service line refuses to allow you to contact the company. Mistakes happen and after talking to the company it appears this was an unusual event. AC unit was installed poorly and leaked all the refrigerant. The Owner and a HVAC tech got back to me after 4 business days and got out to me on that same day and made it right. Repair tech was very friendly and did a good job. Very pleased with the service I was provided once I was able to get past the outsourced customer service line. Services: Install AC, A/C system repair
