Production Heating and Cooling

I was a loyal customer of Production HVAC for 20 years, I bought the system from them and had it serviced regularly. I was a member of their service agreement which entitled me to two maintenance visits per year. I have not been able to schedule a maintenance for almost two years, they always say they are several months out and cant send anyone. In the past they were very nice and accommodating on the phone, but the last two times i called they told me if I wasn't happy, then 'just go somewhere else'. In December when i called they asked me if i wanted to cancel my membership and i said no, not right now, and i just found out (June) when i called for service that they had canceled me and couldn't send a service tech. She again told me to go somewhere else....so I will.

Was recommended by Carey heating and air because they didn't service Louisville, I called them for issues for my daughters home in Louisville. They were great! Fast, honest and efficient!

they installed a new unit in my house probably back in 2004. i called them a few times within the last year but their hours of operation are not reasonable. unfortunately with so many other competitors out there, i have to opt for the ones that offer better availability.
