It was a very positive experience in every way. I felt that Terry gave me a very good estimate and I liked the way that Zwicker does their estimates and scheduling. It was a pleasure to have Chris and Renee working at my home today. They secured & grounded the weatherhead on my outside electrical line, replaced 3 security lights, 4 outside electrical outlets and 2 inside switches and checked the power to my dishwasher. Fantastic experience! My husband and I realized 3 of our outlets weren’t working after the big storm a few weeks ago. This included the outlet our refrigerator was connected to. After making sure the breaker wasn't tripped, my husband changed the outlets but they still weren’t working. Zwicker was able to come out quicker than any other company we called. The day of our appointment, they actually called and said they could be there earlier if we were available. The gentleman who came out checked the outlets then pulled a wire on the breaker box and of course everything worked. He also said that he thought the refrigerator was bad and causing one of the outlets to trip. My husband thanked him for coming out and asked how much the service fee was. They shook hands and he told my husband not to worry about it, and contact them if we had any other needs. We will definitely be reaching out again and have told our friends, family, and coworkers of our great experience! Service: Electrical in
