My apartment complex hired this company to replace my air conditioning unit and furnace. They were so quick and professional that I felt like I needed to leave a review. We were very happy with the service we received from Jordan with Mike Clark. We had another company tell us that we had a cracked heat exchanger and Jordan confirmed that our unit was perfectly fine. He took time to explain how he assessed that we did not need a heat exchanger. Jordan was friendly and professional - which we have found to be a rare experience with contractors, service providers these days. We would highly recommend this HVAC contractor. I’ve used these guys 3 times now. Every time has been very prompt and friendly service however very very overpriced. They get out to you asap and they are professional and courteous, however $100 fixes end up being $400 almost every time. Last time they tried to sell me a $80 thermostat for $300+ so I was able to negotiate the price down. If you need prompt service but are willing to get butt rammed for it, these are your guys!
